Great location and great pool area

Location good, quiet, well maintained gardens and grass. Good recycling facility.

Cleanliness. Dirty cupboards in kitchen, cooking equipment in a mess, chipped plates, mismatched. Stove top dials broken. All walls, doors and surfaces dirty and marked! I spend a good deal of time wiping off easy to remove dirty marks around handles, doors and walls, so it’s cleaner than when we arrived! Toilet walls esp. dirty! Toilet seat broken. Sofas very small and uncomfortable and not indoor furniture. Aircon in lounge leaking. I know the wind and weather make for dusty conditions but the cobwebs and dust in the sliding door was so bad, obviously not touched for ages. The dirt round sliding door handle is a good indication of what I’m bringing to your attention. Give this place a good wipe down!!!

Overall good value for money. Property was basic with basic indoor amenities. Outdoor amenities required some work and general maintenance

Outdoor area was not checked and plenty of spiders on the washline- a few who decided to make a new home in the wetsuits we hung up. The BBQ was falling to pieces and is ready to be replaced. Again not checked and gas bottle inside was infested with spiders

3pm Check in time is a pain if you fly up from Perth as we did in the morning. If your check in time was at 12 or 1pm. It would have been Awesome. TV reception is strange or has poor signal.

Good location within a complex with nicely maintained outdoor surroundings. This unit is set back from the road so there was no traffic noise. The unit is tastefully decorated.

This unit is attached and little noise comes through the walls but neighbours clumping up and down the metal stairs to the mezzanine can be disturbing. Some facilities that are generally standard in this type of accommodation are lacking e.g. hairdryer, vegetable knife. Clothing storage is limited. There is no hanging space for clothes in the upstairs bedroom, although there is a chest of drawers and bedside tables. The downstairs bedroom has a small wardrobe and one bedside table. The cleaners had done a good job overall but lacked attention to detail. The wardrobe shelves were full of beach sand and covered with a layer of dust. Dripping taps in the kitchen and bathroom were annoying apart from being a waste of water. It’s obviously a long-standing issue. Be aware that although it is advertised to have a washing machine it turned out to be shared, even though the laundry is in your carport. Furthermore, the only cycle that can be used is the cold cycle which takes two and a half hours. We were only able to use it once as every time we went to wash our clothes someone else had just started a cycle. Very disappointing as having our own washing machine is one of our main criteria in choosing accommodation. If the washing machine is started on any cycle other than cold, the power to your unit is tripped. We were not told about this and found out the hard way. How sound is the electrical wiring?

Great location clean tidy

Good location. Nice to have a pool and the laundry and a full sized kitchen. Aircon in main room and both bedrooms highly appreciated.

Dishwasher broken. But we didn't need it anyways, so that was okay.
