Amazing hotel and wonderful customer service! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. When I arrived, I didn’t have a Georgian phone number, and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to use her own number so I could order food. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.
The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast is also amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I need to come back to Georgia for work. Highly recommend!

The staff are very nice. They were really helpful. We also asked for a tour to visit Gudauri which was great experience. The manager is called Beqa he managed everything.
The rooms are a bit smaller than pur expectation

Great location in Vake, just about 5 min on foot to Axis towers with supermarkets and a canteen corner, easy to get to the park, turtle lake , cafes and fashion shops. Good connection per bus with the center or Saburtalo district. Nice airport transfer and breakfast with local dishes.
Some facilities are not very new. No elevator.
