The design of the hotel especially internal design. It also has a special working zone, which is super quiet. I like the breakfast also, very diverse choice of the food. And really hopeful staff.
The floor in the room seems really thin, as well as the door, you can easily hear sounds from outside.

The facilities were clean and well maintained. The rooms were quiet and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The in-hotel gym and restaurant were reliable. The staff were friendly and professional (for the most part, some had poor attitudes).
The location makes it really inconvenient to order a taxi, since there’s nowhere for them to stop and pick you up. You’re better off setting the pick up spot at the Carrefour at the end of the block for convenience sake.

Asked for steamer (iron) and waited for two days for it and at the end I didn't get it.
