English Stylish, modern and minimalist hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. I chose it because I wanted to stay in this part of the city, and I really enjoyed the location. There is a projector in the room, which was a nice touch and made the room feel very cozy in the evening. I definitely recommend including breakfast. It is worth it. You can simply choose what you want from the restaurant menu on the first floor. It is more выгодно than paying for breakfast separately, and the food is very good. I tried the Breakfast Plate and Eggs Benedict, and everything was delicious. The Breakfast Plate is much bigger in real life than it looks in the photos. I could only finish half of it. В номере есть проектор, это было приятной деталью и создавало уют вечером. Обязательно рекомендую включить завтраки. Это того стоит. Вы просто выбираете то, что хотите, по меню ресторана на первом этаже. Это выгоднее, чем оплачивать завтрак отдельно, и очень вкусно. Я пробовала «Тарелку с завтраком» и «Яйца Бенедикт», всё было вкусно. Тарелка с завтраком в жизни намного больше, чем на фото. Я наелась уже половиной порции.

English There was a little dirt on both chairs, and I also noticed some stains on the curtains. The room is probably a little darker in real life than it looks in the photos, especially compared to how it looks when photographed with a phone. Русский Немного была грязь на обоих креслах, также я заметила пятна на занавесках. Наверное, в жизни номер немного темнее, чем выглядит на фотографиях, особенно по сравнению с тем, как он выглядит при съемке на телефон.

We liked having the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel location is good in a good neighborhood. The room was comfortable - clean with nice light and a decent size. A/C worked well. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. If you're looking for a quiet relaxed place I would recommend for Sunday-Thursday when they don't have music in the basement. If you're looking for a nice place with music in the basement then Fri-Sat would be for you.

There is a fridge in the room but it's filled with the minibar items ($) so not very useful. For a multi-night stay we could have used some fridge space. Be aware that on Friday-Saturday nights they have music in the basement that brings a small crowd out front but they seemed friendly. We definitely heard the music in our room but weren't bothered since we were up at 2am anyway to leave for the airport. I see how this could be frustrating for people trying to sleep, especially light sleepers. Our room was down the hall from the stairs and facing the back of the building, so other rooms may be louder on weekends.

The room was very well-equipped and the personal were very friendly. The area around the hotel is developing fast and is really interesting. There is an old redeveloped industrial area "Zeche" just a couple of minutes walk with bars and restaurants, which i can really recommend if you don't want to go far to eat.

I think that breakfast only starts at 9:00 am - a bit strange. On my last day I had to leave at 8:00 am and had specifically asked in the bakery next door the day before I left if I could pick up croissants to take with me at 8:00 when they opened. When I went past they were not ready. Maybe organise this a bit better.

На первом этаже бар, который работает на 4-5 утра. Музыка орёт, люди шумят, курят и пьют. Весь сигаретный дым в номере.
