The hotel staff was excellent: helpful and friendly. The hotel is a new building and the rooms are comfortable. The walls seem a bit thin: you can hear TV in the corridors. However, at least room .01 on each floor, which is sandwiched between the elevator shaft and the stairwell, and thus has no direct neighbors, is perfectly silent.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a new building and the rooms are comfortable. I had an excellent stay at a competitive price.
