The house location.

Didn't provide enough dishwashing tablet. Spa didn't work

The bathroom was noisy. Dish washer was too old and worked for more than 12 hours. The property condition was weird: they sent us an agreement that they can charge us at least 200$ if the property wont be clean at the time of leaving. Some of the facilities was useable. There was not even a good vacuum cleaner to clean the house. The fridge door broken.

Location was great, easy to walk to shops and waterfront. No through road made it quiet. Fully fenced for our dog was great.

House is very dark, limited natural light.

Property is in good location very spacious and clean. Quiet surrounding and walking distance from Metung cafe, convenient store and pub. Airconditioning in main area and master bedroom.

Little disappointments for the rate paid were No coffee or tea, no dish washing liquid no extra rubbish bags to empty the bin when full and no recycle bin in the kitchen to seperate the rubbish. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Little improvements make a lot of difference.

Liked the view from the deck, sitting in comfy chairs. Listening to and watching the birdlife.

Access to another deck with morning sun and the clothes line required walking around the house. Back gate overgrown.
