A stunning and atmospheric room in a central location in the city. Ideal!
The bathroom looks like a ballroom, with the cutest little toilet bowl ever. But that also adds to the atmosphere.
The service is top-notch, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is just around the corner from the city center. Parking wasn't a problem either; we parked a few hundred meters from the venue for very little money.

Arrived late but to a warm welcome from the hosts. On a couple of occasions during our stay we were offered water/coffee/beer and though there was a language barrier we found the hosts very kind and welcoming.

Great location on the edge of the historic centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. Excellent value for money.
Nothing.

Location was good for exploring Guimarães and communication via WhatsApp was efficient.
Think the photos make it look a bit better than it is. The hotel feels quite worn out and the room was very average and I found the bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was very average but did the job - arrive early if you want a table inside and before the pastries disappear! Check in was a bit of a faff as the doorbell didn’t work so we had to rely on WhatsApp and when we just wanted to arrive and settle in after a long journey we felt bombarded with information from staff which felt a little intense.
