A localização é muito boa, bastante central. Facilita muito para conhecer os pontos turísticos. As pessoas que trabalham lá são muito simpáticas !

O ar condicionado poderia ser um pouco mais forte porque o quarto era muito grande e parecia que nao refrescava tanto o ambiente.

Choosing EMAJ for our New Year's Eve celebration was the best choice we could make. We were greeted with the kindest staff, who answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The rooms are designed with taste and convenience in mind. There is no item that does not have its purpose. We were blown away with the size of our bathroom and bathtub - possibly the best bathroom design out of the hotels I've stayed in. The room is a comfortable temperature, and the temp control panel actually works, so you can adjust it without an issue. The beds are large and comfy, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The hallways are quiet, and the windows are well isolated from the outside noise. It was an overall aesthetic pleasure that was matched with the quality of the amenities offered. This is a luxury experience for a very fair price. We look forward to returning to EMAJ again at the nearest opportunity.

Only having one power plug available for two people in the room was not ideal to charge more than two devices. Maybe it can be something to consider improving long-term. The breakfast was delicious, but considering the overall excellence of the hotel amenities, design, and conditions, we would expect a little more variety.

Gem of an hotel. Right in the middle of the square, few meters away from the beautiful historical center. Attentive staff and room is so charming. Will be back

Lovely hotel in excellent location stayed in 301 .Air conditioning is very good. Bath and separate shower .Bed comfy and large 2 comfy chairs and a very tv ideal for when it was too hot in the 40s one thing there's a large step up into the hotel and have code to open late at night the problem is you have to stand on the step to reach up to put your code in .another thing you had to get out of bed to turn lights off and on.

One thing which is not good for a lovely hotel is that the breakfast room needs updating a bit dark and dinghy. Food good choices mostly continental but pancakes and omelette made to order coffee from a machine not good .

No help with luggage. A lift but still a dozen steps to get to room. Window in room 207 wouldn’t stay open and shower leaked and flooded the whole bathroom.

Everything! Friendly and professional staff, spatious and comfortable room, best location in town. Delicious breakfast!

What a lovely quirky hotel in a fabulous little town. I was very impressed by just about everything in Guimaraes. Fabulous place.
