Tiffany ( on-site manager ) was very helpful with check in , providing us with information on transport options and looking after our requests. The room was very comfortable , modern , clean and close to Westfield Riccarton ( public transport hub) and an easy walk to Christchurch Railway Station .

The room was very clean, and the location was so convenient to shopping and events
I found it a bit tight backing the car out, and would advise one backs into the car parks

The location was ideal fir us as we are travelling on tge TranzAlpine Train from/to Christchurch and the motel is within easy walking distance. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is well equipped. The manager also kindly let us leave our suitcase at the property to save us taking it on the train for our overnight stay in Greymouth. This was possible as we were returning to the property for a second stay. Plenty of parking of you have a car.
We couldn't fault it.
