The Towers on the Park

Great central location. Lovely to be near to Hagley Park and a short walk across to the central city. Excellent Thai restaurant just a short walk around the corner. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was a bonus.

Having a microwave would have been handy.

The check inn happily upgraded our room at a small cost. When we booked it seemed to default to an inferior room that we were not happy with. However it was not an issue. The room was roomy, very clean and the kitchenette was very useful.

Shower over the bath is not quite what we expected, however it worked for us. Might be tricky for elderly people.

Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Staff lovely. Great location

Only having a sink in bathroom. But nothing major.

The location to central city and Hagley park is the main appeal at the Towers. I have stayed several time in the past however this time I found the cleanliness a little under par mainly as there was quite a smell of male urine in both the bathroom near the toilet and seemingly near the head of the bed. I just couldn't escape smell. We also had a noisy person staying above us which woke me several times Friday night. I do hope these things are a one off as previous stays have been great.
