Comfy and tidy. Good location on a central line road but rooms were very quiet.
No info on the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our booking…

The staff who were welcoming and friendly. Location - easy access to Train Station and Markets.

It was warm and felt safe.
Nice decor.
From the moment we arrived we found the place not accommodating or friendly.
The reception lady was adamant we needed to leave a bond, despite there being no mention of any bond throughout the entire booking process, this made for a very awkward situation in a public foyer.
Half of the carpark was coned off for no apparent reason, meaning we had to drag our bags the full length of the carpark.
We soon realised despite booking for 4 people, there were only two towels in the entire property.
The worst part was the mould, grunge and dust build up in the bathroom
