The location was really good, just in front of the Hagley park, also the room is quite clean and spacious, with moderate bed size and comfort level. Loved the free coffee and tea bags they provided, along with cooking utensils, although I did not cook at the property.
The bathroom size was quite small and you might hit the walls while having a shower.

The morel was across from Hagley park, there was a restaurant nearby. The bed was in a separate room, which was nice. The unit was a good size. The room was cleaned every day.
All good

Tidiness and comfy warm room.
The shower was poor water pressure and hard to use the hot water. Cold water tap was fine. When travelling a good hot shower with pressure is always what you need and this did not deliver.
