good location near the airport shuttle bus, the room was clean and had a hot shower, the front desk staff was very helpful, quick check-in and out, strong wifi, excellent value for money

the window view was of the wall of the next building, the maid decided to enter the room without checking to see if anyone was inside and she didn't even apologize, the surrounding area didn't have much to offer for restaurants

- Easy to communicate in English, plus foreigner-friendly. - Clean and tidy room with complete toiletries provided inside. - Hotel's location is quite near with other facilities and local attractions.

- Small room, make it less suitable for groups nor families. - I don't know why, seems like Grab's app. cannot find the hotel's location. - Quite noisy in the morning, if you choose the room with city view.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even though their english wasnt that good - rooms were very clean! We rented a scooter from them which was in good condition. Everything was good. Shower one of the best so far, good pressure and warm water. Beds were comfy!
