Large two-floor apartment - spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with the landlords was excellent and they were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Excellent location 10 mins walk from the station, next to the river and a 3 min walk to Tesco Superstore if you need to stock up. On the 'right' side of the river away from the pubs and crowds, but close enough to good restaurants, bars, etc.
You do not expect to be asked to empty the bins on departure. I wouldn't expect this at an hotel, nor would I ask my guests to do this at home. It is fair to expect visitors to leave the place clean, but this was an expectation too far.
