Wildly pleasant home with a beautiful porch, great bbq area, well equipped kitchen, good layout, and ideal proximity to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

5 star beach shack with fantastic views. Comfortable beds, outdoor eating and seating areas, and everything you could want to self cater. Cafe just up the road that serves great coffee and meals. Make sure you visit the Bligh Museum.

Wendy’s Retreat was perfect for our Bruny stay. The location is great; the view over the bay, so calming; and the soundtrack, birdsong and waves lapping, sublime. The Retreat itself is lovely; elegantly furnished, very spacious and with everything you need. Communication with Wendy was excellent. Adventure Bay is a great base for exploring Bruny. I thoroughly recommend the Retreat.

Great location tucked in a quiet corner of Adventure Bay, Bruny island. View was lovely over the flowering rhododendrons. Easy access to all tourist areas of the island by car or for just a quiet stroll along the beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Our family of four loved the spacious house and all the little touches around the place. The home has commanding views of Adventure Bay and is a stroll to the cruise and fluted cape walk.

This place has absolutely everything you need. The view is magic and the house is beautifully presented and so comfortable. I cant imagine that there would be a better place to stay on Bruny. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location with one of the best walks I’ve ever done 5 min away. Plenty of wildlife including albinos wallabies.

Easy parking and lovely welcome with the palms along the path way. Convenient for the boat trip and very comfortable and relaxing place to return to after exploring the island

This was our first visit to Bruny Island and we were looking for a comfortable place close to the island's attractions. This had everything and the comfort, decor and location are ideal. We loved it. Being Queenslanders we did notice the lack of heating in the bedrooms though.
