This apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Rovigno. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. If you want to get the feeling of how it was to live in old Rovigno this is definitely a place to stay. Great atmosphere.
There are several steep stairs to claim to get into the apt, to claim to the first floor and to claim to the second floor.

Location and facilities were in top.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
But communicating on arrival was confusing and very short. You have to park your car away from the property and pay €15 to get picked up. You have to arrange the pick up your self.
The guy who picked us up rang the owner/ landlord to sort out which parkingspace we had to park in and the code for the lock box with keys. We had not recieved any information in advance about that.

The place is clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful when checking in and if we had any questions. AC worked well and the beds were very comfortable.
Not a negative thing but the stairs are steep so if you are older or have issues climbing stairs, it will be challenging.

Property is in a quiet location away from the bustling seafront. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and one small grocery shop. However, the view is of neighbouring buildings, there is no sea view. Beds are comfortable, kitchen reasonably well equipped. There are steep stairs from the door to the apartment itself.
Be warned. There is NO parking at the property, no free parking anywhere within a mile, and for most of the day and night all paid car parks within walking distance are full and have queues waiting for spaces. We arrived knowing none of this, having been misled by statement regarding parking in the property description. We toured the area for a long time, and eventually parked in a private car park 30 minutes away and had to carry our luggage to the property. A car is a problem if staying here.
