The location was great just a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful space with private enclosed garden and private pool. Very comfortable beds Great staff always available to answer any questions or offer any help.

Breakfast could be better Needs a little freshen up

Great villa with a nice pool. The location on the sunset side of the island was great and the staff helped with everything.

Breakfast was ok. If you want to cook the kitchen wasn’t well stocked - but we didn’t so it wasn’t a problem. Two of the bedrooms inside were a little musty as they had no windows but it was ok.

Location was amazing, 50m to the beach and great restaurants and walking distance to the port. The boys that look after the place were so lovely. Went above and beyond to arrange laundry, groceries, bikes and horse and cart transport. Pool and layout of the place was lovely.

The place desperately needs a deep clean. Especially the kitchen.

Room was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Really nice with the little outdoor living room.

Misleading with the pic of the villa with the pool. Staff just hanging out beside your room. Leaking toilet. The staff asked me if I wanted them to clean my room at 16 PM in the afternoon.

The room is clean and simple. I like the staff, they are very helpful, especially the general manager, Ibu Eka, she is a very nice lady and she helped us to buy the seafood from the market. She also offered her staff to grill the seafood for us, and prepared the chilli to go with the seafood. Delicious..

pretty much nothing.

Not a beachfront!!! You have to walk through dirty alley and weird constructions to get to the hotel. There are no basic things like glasses for water or for a toothbrush in the bathroom, no kettle in the room either. No storage, no duvet just a thin sheet. Dirty walls, no TV. When they bring breakfast which is very poor and often fruits are rotten, the swarm of fruit flies come immediately making the whole process even worst. Overall the place feels like no one really cares about it. Very depressing feeling. Even though on pictures it looks good.

excellent staff, really helpful and went out of their way to help us. organised transfers for us and organised bintangs for the fridge. really good communication throughout.
