location is great. sunrise view in the morning is just breathtaking

Cleanness should be definitely improved! shower cabinets in both bathrooms were just disgusting. we had to clean them by ourselves in order to use them. there was a water leakage in one bathroom and not fixed although has been twice reported to the host.

This beautiful apartment was centrally located in Ortigia, close to all the sites and restaurants. It was well stocked and very clean. Guiseppa was an exceptional host and even came to the apartment to help us with an issue on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend you stay here.

Substantial renovation and building work going on at the moment. Host did a very good job addressing some noise issues to make our stay enjoyable.

We were upgraded to an 4-bed amazing apartment because there was scaffolding & work being done at the front of the building. The apartment was decorated exquisitely and had a fantastic terrace. Location was great, within easy access of the Duomo and all the main historic areas. Wonderful apartment for couples sharing or for a family with older children.

We had no hot water the first evening & though they came and fixed it that day, there was no hot water again the next day. As we were only there for one more night, it didn’t seem worth getting them out again. The coffee maker didn’t work & leaked; the kettle didn’t work either & fused the system, resulting in us having to call the agent out again. On the final day we had to leave by 10am, which was fine, but when I sent a text the night before to ask if we could leave our cases anywhere until our train left later that day, there was no reply. Given the overall high quality of the apartment, this should be matched by the quality of the equipment and service.

The size of the flat and the bedrooms were great; nice size bathrooms as well. Very open and super cool decor. Location was great - close to center and to the ocean; could walk everywhere with ease. Loved the patio overlooking the water, even tho it was toasty to sit out on them, there was a small one and a larger one to enjoy that overlooked the pedestrian street the flat is on.

Wish it had closer parking, but we figured out how to drop off our suitcases and one person as close as possible and then proceed to the parking; also was a bit tricky to find the flat's location - we got incorrect addresses initially, but once we had the correct one, we found the lockbox easily. It was a little concerning that we needed the key in order to exit the stairwell onto the street - seems like a bit of a fire hazard.

Amazing, stylish apartment! So comfortable and bright and airy. So much space and all of the mod cons. Absolutely loved our stay and wished we had more time there. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ortigia, Syracuse, Sicily.

Our property was upgraded to a bigger property which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. We ended up with a lot more space than anticipated (and more than we needed) but no complaints! We had 3 balconies and 3 bedrooms and the apartment was decorated beautifully. It was also in a great location in Oritiga and easy to walk across the island.

The stairwell is very cool, but could be dangerous since it has no handrails.

Location was great, rooms all good sizes, the two sun terraces were a real bonus / pleasure - enabling following the sun across the sky through the afternoon!

Lots of space, wonderful contemporary decor, great bathrooms and the icing on the cake, two lovely terraces. Host was there to meet us, kept great contact and responded immediately to any needs.

Beautiful and well-done unit. Tons of A/Cs for the summer and heaters for the winter, unlike many places. Kitchen was well stocked, nice linens on the beds and good quality towels. Perfect location in the middle of everything though nice and quiet. Loved it!

It would have been nice to have some napkins in the kitchen. Interior stairs need handrails.

Beautiful seafront apartment in the heart of Ortigia. The location is amazing with the sea right in front of you. The apartment is beautifully decorated and stylish with everything you need for the perfect stay.

The apartment is extremely well placed with beautiful sea view. Ortygia island is wonderful and very lively. Germans was there to give us some advice and support to locate good places around the apartment and gave us great contacts to book a car and airport transfer. I definitely strongly suggest this place.

Germana was very helpful. We enjoyed drinking on the terrace and watching the sunset. It's great to have so many bathrooms. The air conditioning is very effective, especially when it is so hot in Sicily.

Everything was amazing. The only fault could be that there was no dishwasher.
