Hài lòng về khu onsen. Cầu kính vào ks khá độc đáo. Giá phòng rẻ. Nhân viên hướng dẫn tận tình. Gần các điểm ăn uống.

Tối có nhóm hát karaoke hơi ồn ào. Đồ ăn sáng hơi nguội, hết vài món nhưng k được bổ sung.

Nhân viên dịch vụ khá tốt. Khu vực onsen sạch sẽ. Khá tốt cho 1 chuyến công tác kết hợp nghỉ ngơi. Sẽ quay lại nhé.

i was there durring a power out (city wide), but the staff did everything to make me feel comfortable.

Modern structure, elegant and refined in architecture. It sits on top of a hill offering a great view of the underlying rice fields. Large room, comfortable mattress.The SPA is modern, pleasant, well organized and the treatments are really special.

A disaster in many ways. Nobody speaks English (not even basic words). The restaurant has an extensive menu but nothing seems to be available. Restaurant environment absolutely not up to par, dirty and neglected by the staff. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, in the room weak or non-existent. Slender room of furniture, practically empty, present only the bed and a bedside table. Impossible to reach and leave the hotel without a car given the location away from everything. It could be a very nice place but too many basic details are overlooked. A pity.
