The reception staff were excellent, and the room was decent.
The window does not close properly, the pool water has a strange smell, and the air conditioning is not cool enough.

The bed is very comfortable! Breakfast excellent. The hotel foyer was very inviting as well.. Food at night was also excellent.
Very poor Lighting in Bedroom and Bathroom. We were informed that we had been upgraded to a better room (really!) Couldn't open curtains, as whole view was of Slums just outside, and mouldy rundown shacks. I found that very confronting.Taps and power points very loose, Shower head was dreadful as couldn't stop water going everywhere over the floor.
