PASSA Hotel Bangkok

The rooms are modern and comfortable with fast working AC. I liked that there was Netflix on the TV for staying in. The 24 hr reception desk was handy. The location is down an alley and safe with a 7-11 within walking distance. The gym is small but adequate (1 bench, dumbbell rack up to 25kg, treadmill, elliptical and bicycle) The pool is good for a quick dip with towels available, but not good enough to lounge around at.

There is a very faint smell of dampness, but they had a dehumidifier in the room which helps. Negligible but worth noting.

Beautiful chic boutique hotel very stylish decors and quite spacious room for our 5 day stay. Breakfast is delicious. The chef’s menu is limited which means all the menu is fresh and cooked to order. The cafe downstairs is also well-appointed with a menu for your caffeination. The barista is polite speaks some English and likes to chat with you while making your coffee. She also remembers your order each day which is a nice upsell makes you feel special Excellent cleaning and comfy beds with 4 pillows. Staff are great very polite 24 hr reception always smiling. The breakfast server is especially polite and happy to help with anything.

The ac fan was a little loud at night even on low speed but the beds are comfortable and everything is expertly cleaned so you forget this one point

The location is ideal, allowing easy walking to many destinations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and consistently ready to assist. We visited during the rainy season, and umbrellas were available to borrow. A shuttle service can also take you to nearby spots.

Our room sat adjacent to another building, so open curtains allowed neighbours to view everything. This was not a major issue, as two curtain types were available: a light sheer and a blackout option. It was not a deal breaker, yet worth considering.

Great great staff, cool design, small but cozy, great location walking distance from malls, 7eleven, but in a quite small street (no car noise). First night i had issues with the aircon, next day they came and fix with a great solution, really super staff there.

they close the pool and gym at 8pm, would be better if it was 10pm or 11pm to close, pool is small but lovely so they can keep it open longer.
