Person that welcomed us was there, helpful.
There was no electricity in the apartment for most of one day. Couldn't cook, internet connection, etc. the worst no lift, 5 floors up.... nobody informed us, no messages in the entrance, nobody really knew why or gave us any information....
There is no microwave in the apartment.

Location right next to Vatican City was perfect. Our drivers and the lovely guy who welcomed us and gave us our keys, and showed us around the apartment (and how to use the lift!) were absolute gentlemen. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. BTW Goose restaurant next door is fantastic!
