Location was fantastic for sightseeing. Lovely soft fluffy towels.
We were told as we arrived that there was no functioning oven. The Intercom didn't work and only one set of keys. We were led to believe there was a double and single bed in bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. No small sharp kitchen knives for food preparation. Overloaded extension lead in the lounge. Lamp in lounge not functioning. The sofa bed had a mattress protector but no available sheet to top it. We did find more bedding but only as we were leaving.
Complimentary toiletries would have been gratefully received along with a small amount of tea coffee, sugar and milk to start.
Overall satisfactory. Attention to detail would make this so much better.
