We were given 2 different sets of information about where to park our truck and trailer and the phone number that was given was after hours number and it says to leave a message and you couldn't. I was given help by someone who worked for key time rental who was extremely helpful and polite but when he called Jessica she was rude to him and called me back with the same attitude and I was told that I was not told I could park my trailer at the marina. I will not stay with this company ever again due to the attitude and inability to help

The condo was clean and roomy enough for the 4 of us staying there. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony. We were not as close to the areas where we spent our time as we would have liked. It wasn't far, but just a little too far to walk. Overall, a great place to stay.

I will only recommend the Pelican Landing building to our friends and family and hope they don’t end up in unit 3030. Host was not very responsive and accommodating and pushes fail to condo user. The best part of the stay is the restaurant below with and an awesome Captain Justin for taking us out to Dry Tortugas.

The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is an older unit but clean. It is a little over 1.5 miles to get to Duval Street so we Ubered there when we wanted to go back and forth which was very easy to do. The pool is heated and nice to hang out at in the evening. The pool gets the morning sun and is entirely shaded in the afternoon/evening so having it heated was very nice. When the wind kicks up the air temp can get chilly. There are pool towels in the rental so no need to bring any. The kitchen has very basis supplies so it you plan on cooking you will need to get some basics like seasoning (they only have salt and pepper and no PAM spray to prevent food from sticking). The management company (not the owner) can be a little intense. They sent us 3 text messages the morning of our departure starting at 8:30 a.m. to remind us that the check out time was 10:00 a.m. and then sent someone up before 10:00 to remind us to depart at 10:00 a.m. We checked out at 9:59 a.m. No need to remind us 3 times and send someone up prior to our check out time to chase us out prior to 10:00 a.m. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it as a place to stay. It is as advertised.

The condo was wonderful and just what we needed -- everything was great. However, the unit above the one we were renting was being renovated all hours of the day -- including 1am, 2am, and 6am. It was extremely loud and kept us from getting much sleep. We did text the building manager and they said they'd take care of it -- which they did -- but as soon as the next day came, the person above us was hammering, sawing, and drilling again until the middle of the night. We even tried knocking on the door ourselves and the noisy neighbor ignored us.

Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again. But the view and location to our your boat was perfect. The amenities and carpet are outdated; however, didn’t bother us.

We had a great stay the only complaint we have is the Master bedroom was very warm. The front bedroom was the coldest room in the place as it had a shaker unit in it. Had to keep the curtains/blinds closed at all times so the heat wouldn't make the place hotter which spoiled our view of the ocean. Thank goodness we had a balcony. Too many combinations to remember on everything. The place is and older building but well kept. Need to work on the a/c as it is VERY hot down there and didn't like walking into a hot room.

Overall, the condo had what we needed. The condo had a nice big balcony and a great view of the water and traffic. The furnishings were a bit worn, the carpet did not seem clean, and condo definitely needed updated. We did not use the pool because when we were interested, it was shaded most of the day.

A nice place. Easy to work with the agent and a great view of the harbor. Pool was heated, a nice touch, and the adjacent grills and cabana worked just fine. We cooked on the grills several nights. Unit was very clean and maintained. A/C was a little weak, not a problem in late December or January but might be an issue in the summer. Bike rentals at the unit makes the downtown totally accessible. Just an overall great location and vacation.

I think our condo was a perfect size, very clean, spacious, and well kept. Large balcony. The amenities were on point with a dock to fish off of, several boat slips, cleaning station for the fish you catch, a pool, and the location right off the water is perfect for when you want to wake up in the morning and watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee in your hand. I really enjoyed our stay and I really enjoyed how affordable our stay was because I was scared we wouldn't have been able to find something nice without paying an arm and a leg. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be definitely staying here again in the future.

I chose the condo rental based on it's location away from the downtown scene. The unit is clean but dated, and previous patching and repairs are evident. The view from the balcony overlooking the marina is nice. Ambient noise on the balcony and residual cigarette smoke can effect the experience. The property is located across the street from the fire station and in the flight path of the airport. Although the property is in good condition considering the damage from Hurricane Irma, there are some improvements that can be made. The sleep sofa, carpet, and blinds in the unit need to be replaced. Also a dehumidifier would help the air conditioning system's efficiency and increase the comfortability of the unit. Regardless, the unit was comfortable enough and given the opportunity, I would stay there again.

We had a great time in Key West staying at the Pelican Landing! Overall, the property was very clean. I only gave it 4 stars though because the carpet needs to be cleaned. The management staff was very friendly and helpful with renting bikes, etc. I would recommend this property to anyone!
