This was my third stay at Opus Residences by Opus Hospitality. Since the 2-bedroom apartments were fully booked, I opted for a 3-bedroom apartment in Tower 2 for a 16-night stay. During my previous two visits, I stayed in Tower 1 and happened to get the exact same apartment number both times. The Positives: Apartment: The 3-bedroom apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and located on a higher floor with lovely views.

Areas for Improvement: • Internet Connection: About a week into my 16-night stay, the Wi-Fi disconnected completely. I reported it to the staff, who assured me they were working on it. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved, leaving me without internet for the rest of my stay until checkout. • Service & Cleanliness: As a returning guest, I expect a basic necessity like Wi-Fi to be resolved promptly, especially during a long stay. Additionally, the initial cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival needs improvement. While the property itself is good, the service recovery fell short this time...

Location is great, apartments are spacious

but the fine details are not well kept, somethings are quite dirty still, tape on walls and reception / house keeping takes a long time to responds or meet requests, for example it took over 3 hours for toilet paper to arrive for my friend they never even read his messages.

It’s my second time back but after a long time. The rooms are still well maintained, i think the common facilities can use some facelift. Otherwise it’s a great stay for large families and with a car it’s really convenient too.

Small thing but the toiletries were a tad small for our group, would have been great if there were larger bottles rather than the small ones because we don’t get housekeeping, it was troublesome to request for replacements

I booked a three-room unit, and all the rooms were very spacious with nice interior design. The wardrobes were large, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The property offers facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, and others, but I did not have the chance to use them during my stay. The worst part of the stay was the late registration (check-in) time. They also provided a minibar with beer, drinks, chocolates, and some snacks. However, guests should note that these items are not free. All minibar items are chargeable, and the price list is clearly stated inside the unit. Payment must be required at the checkout counter.

Another disappointing point was the parking situation. The hotel mentioned that free parking would be allocated for each unit, but due to a concert held in front of the building, most of the parking spaces were taken by concert visitors. As a result, free parking was not available. We had two cars and had to pay RM20 per night per car for parking, even though the parking was in the same building. Additionally, only one access card was provided for a three-room unit. This does not make sense, especially when multiple guests are staying and moving in and out separately. This caused unnecessary inconvenience during the stay.
