Actually, there's nothing to like there. Once you self checkin, then you are on your own, the host abandoned us. The repeated chat to contact has no reply. Even during checkout/key handover, he was not responsive. Puzzled if such behaviour is normal!!! I wanted an invoice of my stay but till now no response from the host or management. Very bad experience, I will never book or recommend this apartment

Spacious unit. Clean and comfortable for a short trip. Walking distance to eateries and shopping malls. Free private parking for vehicle.
Had 2 queen beds in the room which was good but only 1 bathroom.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Jalan Alor food street. The room was situated on a high floor, offering a good view of the city. The apartment was neat, clean, and spacious enough for a group of people to stay. There were restaurants, grocery shops, and even a church nearby. Staff member was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Pretty good location - with supermarts and eateries around
Hope the property will be cleaned everyday. No one clears the bins and we had to bring it to the ground floor

Conveniently located near restaurants and 7 eleven. GRAB was quite easy to get. Rooms were just nice. The host was very helpful. Getting the key was very easy. Value for money.
We stayed for a week and as there was no cleaning service, the room got a little dusty. It would help if there is a broom and dustpan so we can sweep the floor. The beds were a little hard which made it less comfortable. Please add more cutlery. A hair dryer would be nice too.

Low cost, very good food in the same street just downstairs. Location is walking distance to China town. KLCC is a 30 to 40 min walk.
Two keycards would be better. Parking lot Reservation was a bit chaotic, but friendly staff solved the Problem.

It was spacious, clean and good value for money. If there was a problem, somebody was reachable by phone.
It’s a self check-in building which is normally okay, but the check-in process was quite confusing. They do provide infos, but important steps are missing, so we had to call them 3x until we were finally able to check-in. That was super annoying. Room for improvement here.

We stayed in the Robertson before but at the other tower.
Unfortunately that place didn't exist anymore.
The location is still amazing. We still had a great view of the Merdeka 118. The last time the view (from the other tower) of the Petronas Towers and the KL tower. Also the last time the room was much more beautiful and much cleaner.
The amenities were still perfect. The pools are great and very clean.

The place was not very clean. We had to clean it by ourselves.
The room could use some love and attention such as fresh paint on the doors and walls. Also the closing handle of one of the windows was broken and you can push the window open without a locking mechanism. This was quite dangerous as our 4 year old son tried to open the window.

Staff said they would be at 7 am to receive our luggage so we could go sightseeing, they showed up at 11. There is no lobby, so you are left wondering if it is all a scam

This home is just next to St Anthony's Church, a beautiful Catholic Church. I walked over in the morning for mass. Apart from this, we could walk to the most happening places like Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang area and the Pavillion, yes within walking distance, amazing. Even the shops just next to this Orion Towers have all the convenient we need for our stay. The home itself is clean, the beds are comfortable and the view from our unit is beautiful too at nigh and day time. This is my second visit, will definitely use this place in my future trips.
Ha ha the noise of LRT, but i think we cannot avoid this as this is the most convenient public transport... apart from this, I am totally satisfied with everything.

View quite nice. The room is same as booking image. Easy to checkin. Room is quite clean. The security quite high.
There is no shampoo in the toilet. The lift quite slow since too many floors just four lift is working.

The wash room in the master bedroom. Booking for 4paxs. Wasn't convinced for others to use the washroom. Good for couple use. Value for money
