Many cafes around to get breakfast

We were met at the property by one of the hosts who was really cheerful and informative about the apartment including all the do's and don'ts about the property. The apartment was clean and spacious and kept nice and cool due to the excellent aircon throughout the property (we were there mid August and the temperature ranged between 37 - 39 degrees during the day). It was located close to the main station and just 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. There is a tube (Metro) station 50m from the apartment which was great to help getting around the city. There is a good supermarket 2 minutes away and bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep.

The kitchen could do with a few more items such as a juicer or blender. It had two irons, but we couldn't find an ironing board. Spare pillows would be appreciated as most people sleep with more than one pillow when they are in bed.

Location was excellent. Spacious living room with a great kitchen that had everything you needed. Would highly recommend!

The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything from every room. Nothing that can be done about that and very very small inconvenience. Everything else was excellent.

The location is great. Both the proximity to train and metro, and being opposite the park, is very nice. The building has a small elevator and feels very safe to live in with multiple locked doors to get access. The apartment has a good size.

Too many things in the apartment did not function properly (e.g. one of the showers, the boiler kettle, the stove missing all the markings, furniture old and worn down). A window was missing between a bedroom and the living room, which removed any privacy from the bedroom. The extra loft inserted in the apartment was very squeaky to walk on, waking up the full apparent with every step. The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking many basic items for preparing and serving food. And finally, having to pay the full rental amount in cash is rather inconvenient (and I never received a receipt as promised).
