Very close to the Colosseum and lots of shopping and eateries. Property was lovely, host was very accomodating.
The stairs are VERY steep so not good for those with mobility issues.

Based in the trendy Monti in Rome it’s a fabulous base for a great stay. We liked the layout of the property and the facilities. Owner was accommodating to our family we would most definitely recommend and would use again. Great communication since booking. Five mins from the colosseum. Next to a lot of tic toc favourites also which my daughter loved. I loved that l went home with a full case of clean washing as l was able to wash and dry our clothes!
Main thing was the beds not being comfortable we resolved this with using a topper and mattress from a room we weren’t using. We were asked for constructive feedback and we advised everything was perfect other than the beds being extremely firm. They advised they would resolve this.

The location is nice, in a street that connects very well with the coliseum. The owner provides some snacks and Roman breads as some drinks, but I think this is for the people not to think about the bad things of the apartment.
To begin the fact that the apartment is in a 3rd floor without elevator. The apartment is quite old and it looks like it needs a remodel. The shower barely works. Then the “sofa bed” it’s a terrible mattress that ruins backs. Also the tv remote was not working. And more importantly the AC in one of the rooms was not working, when it was more than 30 degrees in Rome
