Spiros

Very friendly helpful staff. Very walkable location to beach and old town

A beautiful boutique style hotel in Naxos. Staff in the reception was outstanding and the property was spotless. Pool area was a bit small from some but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was superb in Greek standards! Our room was quite modern and huge with 2 separate bedrooms. The location for us was spot on, really close to the beach but in a quiet area of the town. We walked to the hotel from the harbor which wasn't that bad.

Our room was in the opposite building to the reception. The room itself was lovely and spacious but the sound proofing in the building was quite bad. Especially the door leaked noise a lot and the echoing noises from the staircase could be heard really loudly in the room. This was annoying as our bed time schedule with a small child was a bit earlier as other's staying there.

Great location Friendly, helpful staff

Sunbeds by the pool reserved with towels at 6-7am every day so had to pay for sunbeds on the beach every day which to be fair was much better as the beach was fantastic

The location was excellent, right next to the beach and it's a short walk over from the port.

Most of the staff were good and well mannered,However our experience of the stay was ruined by the lady managing the reception who always appeared condescending and rude. We had some small issues with the booking initially so we thought it would be about that but repeated interactions with her evidenced this behaviour. Not sure if it was some personal biases or her behaviour in general but not at all suited for someone working in hospitality. As said, the rest of the staff, from housekeeping to ones at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating. Also, the focus seems to be more on form over functionality, with rooms that are visually aesthetic but lack comfort at times, from the woven rope headboard for the bed to the overly large sink with no place to keep your toiletries. Also, dated telly with no apps or ways to watch streaming content on the telly. We had our little one and would have loved access to netflix or YouTube.
