The location of the hotel is great, very short walk into town, some nice restaurants nearby and coffee shops.
The room was lovely, the decoration and size of the room was really nice. The shower room was designed so well, and the balcony was overlooking the street with sun on it. I'd definitely stay in this room again.
On the courtyard side there was even another terrace to sit on (this was communal though)
My ferry was delayed, whilst on the ferry Stefanos organised for a taxi to pick us up as we arrived.
Nothing was bad about this room. it would good if the tap outside the room was operational so then you could wash the sand from your feet. Not really a problem though

Excellent location and very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we met in Naxos was friendly with great hospitality. Lots of cafes in the immediate surroundings however there isn't one in the hotel.
having two keys to the room would have made it easier - one for each guest.

New renovated, close to the beach, cleaning every day, friendly service!
No Sun umbrella on the balcony, it was very hot in the afternoon and we couldn’t use it

Lovely location and very friendly staff, always happy to help. Room was large and clean and shower was great. Great restaurants nearby and easy 10 minute walking access to the port. Very close to the historic centre of town. 3 minutes walk to St George Beach. Wonderful skilled masseur available on site with a pre-booking the day before. Highly recommend this hotel.

Sparkling clean and a nice quiet location.

Clean, spacious room with very large bathroom and fabulous shower….(triple room but just us two).
Proximity to beach and restaurants.
Maybe a parasol on the balcony would have been nice but nothing of any consequence. It was a great little hotel. Lovely staff.

Amazing hotel, great location, 10 minutes to the port and a few minutes to local beach. Staff lovely, big and clean room, would definitely return if in Naxos

The personal was very friendly and professional. Also it was clean and the mattress was comfy.
It was just a plain room below street level in a weird building with many stares.
The problem was that the specific room was too noisy because of the side street and because of the hotel’s storeroom which was almost next door.
