Recentemente ristrutturato appartamento con tre camere da letto in condominio a Kingswood Village. Ideale per la vostra prossima vacanza in famiglia, riunione, o semplicemente una fuga veloce! Questa struttura dispone di un soggiorno aperto e zona cucina con elettrodomestici di fascia alta e soffitti a volta. Due grandi camere da letto al piano terra con un bagno completo e lavandini lui e lei, oltre a servizi igienici separati e zona doccia. Terza camera da letto al secondo piano con un altro bagno completo. soppalco al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale a castello. A soli 5 miglia dalla zona sciistica di Northstar; ricorrere; navetta invernale gratuita. Altri sei aree sciistiche entro 30 minuti in auto. Meno di 1 miglio a Tahoe Rim Trail e il centro di Kings Beach (con il golf, la pesca, spiaggia libera, mountain bike, escursioni in motoslitta e ristoranti), e 2 più per il confine di stato del Nevada e casinò Northshore. La palestra è disponibile tutto l'anno, con accesso estivo alla piscina della comunità, piscina per bambini, campo da golf e campi da tennis.

Our family of 4, including a teenager and a pre-teen, had a great ski week in this 3-BR condo. We love the location - 10-15 min drive to North Star, Incline Village, 20 min to Truckee downtown and 5 min to groceries/food/pizza/beach access in King's Beach. The apt had plenty of space, was nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, and dining table big enough for us for dinner. We didn't have any issues and would love to come back.

The place was beautiful and clean! Plenty of space in the bathrooms. Easy to access and close to the beach. We couldn’t get the tv to work, which was the only downside, but we didn’t call to ask for help with it either.

Condominium is on a quiet area. 2 to 3min away from kings Beach, with a grocery store and pharmacy near by.. my family and I enjoyed our time in this place. The only thing I didn't enjoyed much was that, the whole floor in Condominium is to noise. Other than that i enjoy it very much.

Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed except no ice.
The property has nice large sized units - good for families, Parking is close and easy, close to KB, and the manager is responsive.
