The room was really nice, roomy, and relaxing. The amenities were great. Very nice and welcoming host. The house is located a short walk away from downtown Georgetown. I was really able to unwind here, no complaints!

Well let's just say the listing is extremely humble. There is not anything I can think of to ask for, but if you did, Jane will make it happen. I'd tell you just bring your toothbrush, but you don't even need to do that. Extremely clean and attention to details is what you can expext.

This was our very first VRBO stay and it could not have been better. The home is as beautiful as pictured and well appointed. We had everything we could have needed. Jane and Sandy were very gracious hosts.

What an awesome stay-immaculate and memorable in every way. Everything from the special gourmet snacks, continental breakfast, and amenities were just perfect. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. Everything was just so special! It was my husbands birthday and our host, Jane, even arranged for a birthday cake for him. Georgetown is a cute town full of history, close by Keenland (the drive from LEX was stunning!),The Kentucky Horse Park, great restaurants, and only 35 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Would definitely stay here again and we recommend the Bleubird Suites if you are seeking a first class stay!

We enjoyed staying at Jane’s beautiful oasis. Everything was perfect and Jane was an amazing hostess. She provided more than just an overnight stay in a beautifully appointed room. Jane went above and beyond greeting us, providing an excellent recommendation for dinner at the Local Feed and breakfast in the morning. Her home is exquisitely decorated and has the most relaxing energy. Don’t sleep on this opportunity for a great relaxing girls weekend or a place to stay with your friend or sister/ mom. Would highly recommend Jane and her beautiful home and will return again soon.

We were in town for our son’s graduation. The house is in immaculate condition. Jane was awesome to work with. She took time to give us a tour of the property upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It is definitely worth booking.

Stayed to visit Keenland. Owner was super knowledgable about all things local and provided great recommendations to us. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated and in a great part of town. Appreciate the hospitality and the conversation.

First time in Georgetown KY and picked the perfect place to stay - Jane is a delightful, warm inviting host - attention to detail is well above expectation expectations.

I've had this listing on my favorites for a while now and so glad we finally made it. Jane is awesome, her place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, so cool looking, and in a great location... walking distance to everything in the cute historic town. My hesitation to book was I'm allergic to animals and even though her pup is "hypoallergenic" I still have to double my allergy dose to tolerate non-shedding dogs because they're not 100% allergen free. My lack of reaction to the pup in the house is a testament to just how clean she keeps the place and the air purifiers she has running. We'll definitely be back!

It was a perfect quiet retreat for my daughter and her partner on their wedding night. Could not of been any better.

Our stay began with our gracious host Jane greeting us at the front door, along with our new friend Sandy, Jane's wonderful dog. She (Jane, not Sandy) asked us questions about what we would like to do and see, and offered very helpful tips about the area and all it has to offer. Every evening, Jane asked about our day, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is perfectly located, right on Main Street, but well off the road so it's like being in the country while still convenient to everything. The grounds are beautiful, lots of squirrels and songbirds. The kitchen area is large but cozy, and is equpped with everything. Our room was beautifully decorated (as was the whole house), had a lusciously comfortable bed, and a big balcony with a beautiful view, to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. It was clear that Jane's top priority was for us to have a perfect stay. We will absolutely visit Bleu Bird Studio the next time we are in the Lexington area. For one thing, we have to see Sandy again! If you choose Bleu Bird, be sure to tell our friends Jane and Sandy that Bill and Eva send our best!

From driving up to the 'Bluebird' to our departure, we enjoyed wonderful friendship, great hospitality, delicious meals and so much exploring. Jane was waiting for our arrival and warmly welcomed us to her 'Bluebird' home. The place is quaint and comfortable. Our room was very clean and set up with thoughtful amenities. Jane and Sandy were happy to share stories and local insight. Relaxing with coffee on the porch/balcony was one of our favorite pastimes. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had such a great experience the home is beautiful and so clean! It is located right next to downtown Georgetown. The accommodations were excellent the hostess was the epitome of southern charm. She had fantastic snacks and beverages loaded for our stay. I would go back to Georgetown for no reason just to stay again!

I can't say enough good things about Bleubird -- it is perfect. Jane & Sandy the Dog made me feel like family. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and it had everything to make my one-night stay exceptional. When I arrived Jane gave me a tour of the whole house, studio, gallery, etc,.. a very remarkable home. She also recommended a wonderful local restaurant... a place I would not have found on my own. I hope I can go back sometime...

This home absolutely beautiful! The room and bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the snacks and drinks you could want. The shared balcony is lovely for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Plenty of privacy for a couple (electronic locks in rooms) but would be amazing to rent both rooms with friends on a bourbon tour!

If you’re in the Lexington KY area, checking out the beautiful horse farms, or hitting the the Bourbon trail I would highly recommend this property.
