Suku Lifestyle Hotel & Villas

This was the best stay i have had in a long time. We took our toddler- they provided a mattress on the floor at not extra cost and it was so so lovely having him in a space where he could be himself without disturbing others. All meals from the on-site restaurant could be had in our villa, and the menu was extensive and suited us well incl toddler. The staff were super accommodating and lovely. Our three year old lived in that private pool for the weekend when we weren't at the beach and the walk to the beach was easy and flat- he could make it on his own. While Selong Belanak is quieter than Kuta, the pace was perfect for a lazy, relaxing weekend. The village also has cafes and restaurants, and you can purchase beach toys at coco. While the bathroom is a glass box- it at least had a blind and the loo is behind a little wall. I recommend using their drivers to get to the hote from the airport- 250k one way. The whole room being concrete can lead to some bruises- and not just for the toddler. But this is a very minor complaint x

Everything was amazing here. Starting with most welcoming and helpful staff, delicious food (pretty much everything on the menu) and pool is great and room/ villa was pristine.

The shortcut to the beach takes 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes. But if you are a solo female I would not recommend the shortcut! The drivers the hotel arranged were not so great (one hit a dog :-( and didn’t stop) the other took me to his mate to buy the ferry tickets which was far more expensive than buying direct from the ferry.

Noisy location next to main road and no refund possible on early check out. Swimming pool pump only activated once I started using the pool. No TV
