Absolute Bliss

Breakfast was delicious and so convenient. Many things to choose from and very very good.

Not sure how we could improve our stay. Everything was first class and beautiful. Service was excellent and location was unbelievable. You overlook Oia but you are out of the hustle and bustle in a private paradise. The views and sunsets are spectacular. We were in the honeymoon suite and the deck was perfect.

Fantastic friendly staff, nothing was a problem for them , it’s in a great location

Only thing is as with all of Greece is the amount of steps

Very friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable room with lots of space. Very good maid service & the baggage porters & breakfast delivery man were superhuman carrying things up & down the steps. The view was amazing & the room was steps from the pool & had a small terrace for breakfasts & sunsets. The wife loved the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast had a good choice of hot & cold, sweet & savory foods. The hotel's location in Imerovigli was very good, not as busy as Fira or Oia, with some good restaurants within walking distance.

The steps!! It's the nature of the island but a room closer to reception & the street would have been nice. The room was large but the terrace was a bit cramped. There were units with larger terraces, with sunbeds & hot tubs, but they were likely more expensive. I dinged the place a bit on value because it was expensive so it's hard to say it was a great value. That said, the entire island is expensive, so there's really no avoiding it if you want the caldera view. Breakfast was good but you had to order the night before so you couldn't really change or get more of something, like coffee, if you wanted.
