Cilon Suites Santorini

Very clean. Amelia and Stavroula were so kind, helpful and very responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed. They helped with reservations and even brought us medication to our room at midnight.

Posizione eccezionale e camera molto confortevole . Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta

Assenza di uno spazio di accoglienza anche piccolo all’ombra dove poter attenere che la camera sia libera

The staff were excellent, very responsive and would go out of their way to help, such as booking us dinner reservations. We loved the breakfast. They give you a link to fill out your customized order and provide it wherever you want. The food was excellent. They also give a QR code for ordering food delivery for other meals up until 2am. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved the room: quiet, clean, beautiful, and had a great view. We had plenty of privacy but still walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The location was excellent and convenient. So much that there were professional photo shoots all around us all day everyday.

The location is wonderful! The staff was incredible but sadly the property manager / owner was not helpful when I raised my concerns about a cold jacuzzi. It turned into them arguing and defending instead of them trying to help me with the jacuzzi problem. It was hugely disappointing and I really regretted choosing this hotel.

The hot tub was not hot for our room (room 1) I complained and mentioned my concerns on the first day but they kept just telling me it was fine when in fact it was unusable in the cold weather. I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub so it was a huge huge disappointment. They are very expensive so to have an unusable hot tub was totally unacceptable!!! Also from our jacuzzi, you have no view if you are sitting in the water which defeats the purpose.
