to climb like 50 stairs to reach main road if you are checking out at night or early morning no one is available to help you carry your large suitcases to the top, you have to do it yourself and will test your heart and lungs

the view was spectacular, room services and the delivering of breakfast every morning were perfect. super welcoming and friendly staffs. Excellent hosts! Would 100% visit again!!

Location is great within Imerovigli. Pictures are exactly as advertised. Staff is friendly and chill. Breakfast some of the best food I had and I had a lot of great food

Perhaps a little hard to get to, as it's a few minutes from the main street.

We loved everything about the room, staff, location, hot tub great and getting up to high temperature so can be used when it gets cool in the evening at beginning of season stays. It was heavenly and romantic. Staff very helpful , full of knowledge ensuring your time spent hear is to high standard. Room maid also very lovely, chatty a d room was cleaned daily and spotless every time.

Room service breakfast ( hot food was cold when arrived ). But can also understand this Is difficult when outside catering company is providing this. Maybey look at continental only .. ( no hot food ).

View is spectacular, being in a high floor is good because you don't hear people walking outside. This is a touristy area with a path towards an old castle and great spot for taking pictures so, there is walking traffic constantly which is nice except very early in the morning if you are sleeping or ate at night when you want to enjoy the view and no noise. The size of the room is amazing, the light fixtures inside, incredible, great shower and water pressure! Alex the manager is super helpful, he organized our private tour guide who was outstanding. He can customize your day based on what you like and you dictate the timing, No waking up early to catch tour buses. he knows the area very well and has recommendations about restaurants, Pharmacy, etc.

Because of Covid restrictions breakfast was delivered to our room and sometimes the omellette was a bit cold. But appreciate the delivery.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious with a cool design, not to mention clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was very private and you can not beat the view! Perfect for sunsets. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We really liked the location too. It was nice and quiet but still had good food nearby, and was walkable to Fira. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good, helpful in swapping out the omelet with yogurt and fruit.

I can't think of anything I didn't like! If I had to pick something it would be that unfortunately our hot tub was broken, we only stayed two nights and we weren't able to use it the first night.

The location is perfect, quiet with an amazing view, don't watch the sunset from anywhere but your private balcony with no crowds, it's the best. The staff is exceptional, seriously, our hot tub was broken and he had it fixed the next morning. Also got us a rental car last minute, meeting us at the port. Breakfast was so good, plenty of food, and very nice having it delivered to your room. The next time I vacation to Santorini, this is where I would stay.

A great stay, the hotel is ideally located, beautiful sunsets seen from the terrace, the service is nice and helpful. Alex solves all difficult situations.

Words cannot express how amazing our stay was at this hotel for our honeymoon. This place checked off everything you could ever want in a hotel and then some. The room was perfect, clean, spacious and modern. The location was absolutely breathtaking with the most amazing views you’ll ever see. And last but not least the real difference in this place to any other is the personalization from Alex and his staff. They worked with you any time of the day for anything you may need whether it’s food, transportation recommendations or help with your luggage. They did it all! I will be recommending this hotel to anyone for the rest of my life! Thank you all!

That I had to leave this beautiful place

The location with the views is breathtaking, the apartment is lovely and Alex was on hand to assist with any matters. I travelled during lockdown so everything was closed but I had a great time relaxing in the hot tub. The hike up the mountain is also liberating.

We stayed 7 days and it was awesome! Incredible view from the rooftop suites, very nice rooms and the service from Alex was outstanding!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and help!
