Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay

Staff - Excellent, respectful and extremely polite. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Room - bathroom had no power points for shaving and hair dryer use. Shower overhead difficult to turn on from Handheld shower position and also old fitting for hand shower holder. Dangerous step going in/out of bathroom - not visible to notice step needs black edging. They have been in a period of renovations, but no discount for these items. Also desk power point used by coffee machine and hot water machine and no internet charging except on bedside tables, which was good. Otherwise more than happy considering it was F1 weekend in Singapore.

Novotel Robertson Quay was a great place to stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful about local places to visit. The location was very close to the MRT station Fort Canning. This made it easy to navigate around Singapore.

Nothing, it was great.

The saving grace of the hotel was the generous pool. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. For us it would have been better if it opened at 6 am rather than 7 am. But we are not going to complain about that.

The room was small, poky and the bed was NOT a king as expected. At best it was a queen bed. It was also too hard for our comfort. We didn’t eat at the overpriced restaurant.
