Clean, comfty near centre hotel!

The location was good, everything was clean and organized.
I am not satisfied with my interaction with the front desk staff — they were completely unwilling to listen to or understand the issue regarding the tax invoice issued at check-out. It's clear they don't have training in tax matters, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't get involved in resolving this issue. All they could tell me was that it's "not their problem." I have opened a support case through Booking to resolve the issue.
The room was missing slippers and coffee, the front desk showed no understanding, and breakfast is rather basic.

I stay at this hotel often. It's excellent.
There are drug dealers in the neighborhood.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
They asked for 30 euros for a 90 minute early check-in. They asked for 60 euros for parking for 4 days. Absurd prices for parking, in such a small city.
We dined in the hotel restaurant, we were charged 10 euro per 1L bottle of water. Robbery.
