Расположение удобное, несколько минут пешком от вокзала. Рядом два супермаркета, кондитерские, аптека и макдональдс. Завтрак скромный, но все свежее и съедобное. Номер чистый, санузел в полном порядке.

Плохая шумоизоляция. Если номер на сторону улицы, то весь проезжающий транспорт ваш на всю ночь.

De gewone losse lakens, de kwaliteit van het bed en de gedateerde inrichting vd kamers.

Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und das Personal macht einen guten ersten Eindruck , das Hotel ist weiträumig und groß aber man fühlt sich nicht verloren. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren tipptopp.Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt im Rhein-Ruhr-Hotel sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Frau Moon was very kind the evening of my check-in. Very professional and quite friendly, which already a good first impression of the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better. Maybe less and of better quality. It was not bad, but it is worth making an effort here.

No remote controle for tv, some lights not working

Room 448 was on corner of top floor - beautiful sunset view. Evening staff man was very friendly and helpful. Morning lady a bit sassy for a strange on reception. Free water in room. Free parking is across street in 4x story metal parking garage next to Bus Station-Info: Parking is loked between 23:00-04:00 and you cant enter or exit then.

No Fridge in Room; Main room light was broken which made it difficult to come into room at night. had to walk to night light on bed which also had a broken glass cover and was a naked lamp. Found out next day that the main light was known to be defective for a few days already but the maintenance guy wasn't available. Not cool. Breakfast buffett had man options for meat eaters, but no plant protein options: Suggestion to Hotel: Add some tofu, plant based cold cuts, plant-based cheese slices and breakfast beans in hot plate instead of one of the scrambled eggs in two pans. Also a soy or other plantbased milk like oat /Hafer should be there for the coffee/musli. Elevator needs to be better labeled so you know where to exit to get out. Button is E, and Sign is EG Hotel. But exits to other side and you have to walk thru a stairwell to get to lobby. very confusing, especially for non-german-native speakers. the labeling in elevator needs to be improved.
