Melissa was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room and shower were nicely done out and very clean. The breakfast was freshly made and there was lots of choice including for vegetarian and other diets. I felt comfortable, had plenty of personal space and would definitely return should I find myself in Llandudno again.
I can't think of anything that I didn't not like - I enjoyed my stay.

What’s not to like. It’s a gem ,clean beautifully decorated , brilliant breakfast.
This is without doubt the best place we have ever stayed in. Nice quiet spacious room, and a large shower room.
Little extras like a sponge cake to eat after you’ve been out all day, which was very yummy .
