Nice property quiet area
Arrived no one was there had to wait for someone to come from nearby was just given keys told fill in breakfast options owner would see us later

Lovely warm welcome from Rodney, very helpful and showed us to our rooms, lovely rooms, bed really comfy, the accommodation is in quiet area with parking a massive bonus, plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate Im the room, everywhere was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent , full English, fruit juice, toast, fruit, cereals, and served by a lovely lady, would definitely stay again

Rodney and staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was delicious and there was a really nice selection of fresh fruit, nuts and yoghurt.
One minor point on breakfast bacon was that it was smoked instead of unsmoked. Perhaps that could be a choice on the menu - most people like unsmoked bacon.

The breakfast was superb and well served. The location pleasant.
The room was small, like a servant’s quarters and there were no drawers suitable for housing one’s clothes.
The stairs to the second floor were a problem to one suffering angina.
