Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Villas Railay

Very clean. Situated next to the beaches. Great customer service and hospitality.

I paid for a private transfer from ao nang to the hotel via car and boat. We got dropped off by the boat at the wrong resort and had to haul our luggages across steep and mountain like terrain. That was horrible. And to compensate, they just gave me a free private boat ride back to ao nang.

Service was impeccable. Very attentive and helpful. The property itself is so nice and pleasant. Our pool villa was absolutely amazing. The restaurant served the best thai food we had on our trip.

Some technical problems with tv and door locks. The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast was not great.

Liked it, although it us a bit posh for our traveling style

The location was good and the room was great size. Having the separate shower and bath was great.

The Wifi was horrible. It rarely worked. I had to get an e-sim card because the Wifi was so bad. The pool was shut down for renovations and I didn’t know. I blame booking.com for this because booking.com was informed. There was a message about this in the confirmation but it was hidden in the small print. We booked the room because of the pool and pool bar in the pics but the pool was completely shut down. Booking.com should block the pics of the pool or have a more obvious note that the pool is shut down. The price of food and drinks at the resort were ridiculously expensive for the quality. I probably wouldn’t book this resort again.
