From the second we walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade with a view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special.
The spa facilities were beautiful and clean, the room was spotless, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good with a lot of healthy options, and the location was perfect for walking around the town.
There were a lot of nice touches throughout our stay, from the welcome tea at the start to the thank you chocolate at the end. The staff were delightful for the entire time - no matter who we spoke to, they were always friendly and willing to help.

Room w Matterhorn view was very comfortable and a perfect size. Breakfast was excellent. Employees were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Walk from the train station was as expected from description. Anyone with mobility issues would have an option of transportation to/from train station for small fee but the distance was find for us.
