Hotel Albatros

The location of this hotel is the absolute best in Ushuaia. It's just across from the pier, right where all the boat tour operators and the tourism office (where you can get your travel diary stamped for free!) are located. It’s also only a block away from the main street, putting all the restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion agencies, and the governor's office right at your doorstep. There is a taxi stand just across the avenue, not that you'll really need one since everything is within walking distance.

The room would benefit significantly from a few additional amenities, particularly an electric kettle and a hairdryer. Having an electric kettle is especially crucial during the winter months for hot drinks. Adding these simple comforts would greatly improve the guest experience.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful Well done

Room quite small nowhere to hang clothes had to leave window open to reduce condensation

Great location. Nice selection of breakfast items, menu, bar.

Noisy on roadside.

I booked because it had a sauna and gym

A high price for a pleasant hotel most probably due to amenity of gym and sauna
