Perto de tudo. Está na principal avenida da cidade. Perto de restaurante, farmácia e pontos turísticos.
Limpeza e higiene nota 10. Muito prestativos, deixaram a gente fazer o check in 1 hora antes do previsto, foi ótimo porque estávamos muito cansados. Chuveiro bem quentinho e roupas de cama e toalhas limpinhas. Café da manhã nos surpreendeu, muito completo e farto.
Tudo estava otimo

Room was not clean, bathroom even.worst, were sold as room with ocean view and all what we had was neighbour's roofs

Gostei da vista da janela do hotel para o Canal de Beagle.

I was not impressed by this hotel at all.
1. We reserved two rooms. We were assigned one room at the eight floor and one room at the fourth floor. We asked what was the difference between the two rooms and we were told “the view”. Well, when we got to our room on the eight floor we got a view indeed, of someone already sleeping in it. Went to the reception and they did not even apologize. Got a room on the first floor. With a street view. Room did not have any kind of storage, drawers, it was extremely hot and the bathtub had mold. Location was not great either. Breakfast was not good. You could see people getting a LOT OF FOOD to get to their tours even though it was not allowed. One elevator broke down. Overall, would not recommend.

The hotel was well-located. The staff were helpful and the facilities were satisfactory.
The breakfast was very basic, with very little choice. The room was also relatively expensive for the facilities provided, although admittedly it was the Easter holiday.

The room's thermostat wasn't working (we had to ask for help and they lower it manually) still had to open the windows for some fresh air
Curtains didn't work well as the hotel and room are right next to a bright billboard
We asked for a Remis to send us to the hotel and the staff didn't ask for one nor did anything for our well being (they said, if they don't pick you in 5, let me know because I can't be on top of that...)
Customer service is everything and the front desk staff needs to take an extensive training on that topic

Location of the hotel was convenient and staff service and check in went smoothly.
Rooms lacked safes and controllable thermostat (broken). Rooms were lean on amenities. Breakfast was very minimum limited in offerings.

Very well located. Rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable. Shower is amazing! hot water non-stop.
Breakfast is a little weak and after the kitchen close after breakfast staff is not allowed to borrow anything from the kitchen other than glasses, so if you need utensils you better find an options on your own.

The room was sparse but clean. The lighting was great. I was surprised at the elegance of the inside based on the outside.
I had a view of a construction mess.

The room was spacious and the hotel was at a very central location. The staff was very accommodating and let us store our baggage for an additional night while we went camping.
The bathroom had a bit of mildew. Also the price is a little on the higher end for the quality of the room.

Location, interior design
Construction work next to the window, dust going into the room. Overheated rooms with no manual way of changing that. Upon the request to the staff, nothing happened. Horrible breakfast, bad coffee. Only apples were fine. They start removing the food even before the official end of breakfast. The cab they called never arrived. Luggage storage in the breakfast room/lobby and not be visible from the reception.

Staff was attending our needs
No locker rooms for bags, they stay in a hall with security cams. Also breakfasts stars at 7:30... It should at least at 7

Good spot, available at the last minute. Quiet at night.
Mold and mildew on the shower ceiling. Dripping sink. Terrible breakfast, almost nothing edible. Almost no furniture. Construction noise much of the day.

The whole place was under construction, so the windows could not be opened, and the staff was'nt really nice.
It is somewhat remote from the center of happanings . but still in walking distance.
