We have been here a few times as we really like it.
This stay i thought the food was better than are other stays.
We had a buffet for a wedding which was removed and binned after 2 hrs.
However we were happy with the managers response the next day and subsequent remedy.

Was given the wrong lodge but was compensated for that

Location was lovely.
Little bit dated.
6 / 10Nella media·set 2026
Nice set up and location with rooms in the forest
Standard of accom was poor, mould on bathroom sealant, stained damp curtains, spongy bathroom floor from water damage, cobwebs everywhere.
