Beautifully clean. Room had tasteful furniture. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. Having the restaurant and bar adjacent is a great boon and the external seating area is very pleasant.

There is nothing negative to say

Location is absolutely great for travellers, right by the Autovia. There is a small private enclosed car park (for a charge) which makes it feel safe leaving the car because the area around the hotel feels a little industrial. WIFI was very good. Breakfast is great, quite a small continental buffet but plenty for us to enjoy - we've stayed before and had the breakfast and we were pleased it hadn't changed. Location is close enough to Cambrils to be able to go out for dinner (about 10/15 mins away) if you don't want to eat in the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants close to the beach so you can go for a walk afterwards.

We've stayed before and it's always been quite, this time it wasn't but we think just because of where our room was. There are 3 rooms just behind reception and we were in one. Location of them is great - ground floor and close to the car park. But there are some offices along the same corridor and you can here everyone who comes into reception and there seemed to be people in and out until the early hours of the morning. There is also a fire door which was propped open (probably illegal!) which might well have helped if it was closed. Next time we'll ask for a different room.

Great location, comfortable bed, lovely restaurant bar area. Easy parking.

Bathroom old and tired, shower not good at all.

The receptionist was wonderful, welcoming and informative. Room was very spacious and clean

The "Gastro" bar staff were poor; surly, unhelpful and rude. Walking away mid-conversation to speak to another staff member. Difficult to read menu display as it rotated at the bar. Menu cards would be helpful. Food expensive for quality and portion size. The modernisation of this previously excellent road side stop have ruined it. We'll never visit again.
