Location- plenty to do nearby, but tucked in quiet street

The room and area is gorgeous. Very clean. Very spacious. The windows are huge and beautiful.
It was very difficult to find. There were obstacles on the drive there that the property did not disclose - you need a QR code to get through areas that they did not supply or mention.

Fun to be in the old town village, gave a nice free treat basket, nice & clean room with a pretty view. Helped us call a cab!
We appreciated the lockers and the washer & dryer!
Getting there from Sintra was a challenge - only taxis or bus can drive into the village (have a walk with Bolt). Would be helpful to send guests contact info to line uo a taxi ride via WhatsApp from town to the hotel.

Location is not suitable for the elderly,
Room was much smaller than expected.
Before booking confirm all fees as I have just been sent a cleaning invoice which was not mentioned when booking.
Also you are not informed that no cars are allowed in the Historical section of town .......only once you have booked do you receive a mail informing you and where one can park your car if you are driving. The wifi was very slow.
