Historic hotel close to centre, old-world charm and very comfortable rooms to lounge in. My room was large, had plenty of cupboard space and a lovely view over surrounding countryside. Good breakfast, with friendly restaurant staff. Great place to stay.

This charming historic hotel is full of character and history, yet it is exceptionally well maintained and spotless throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent for exploring Sintra, with easy access to the town's main attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Staying here felt like stepping back in time and experiencing a piece of Sintra's rich history.
The breakfast was also outstanding—one of the best I had during my trip.
I would highly recommend Lawrence's Hotel to anyone visiting Sintra. It is a truly special place to stay.
