Progettato per il divertimento, questa casa offre Wi-Fi, NUOVA PAVIMENTAZIONE IN LEGNO, due camere da letto e due bagni, una spaziosa cucina abitabile con tutto il necessario. Le caratteristiche includono una grande sala da pranzo, un soggiorno aperto che conduce ad una sala da sole con vista sul fiume Llano e sull'Hill Country e il caminetto indispensabile per quelle fresche serate invernali.
Posti letto comprendono un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo nella master suite, un letto e un letto a castello impostato nella seconda camera da letto, e un divano-letto pieno con un letto matrimoniale nella camera-sole.
Passaggio al di fuori di ponti coperti per il relax, con un barbecue per grigliate, e un pozzo del fuoco di marshmallow arrosto e per mantenere caldo mentre osservare le stelle. Il cortile erboso digrada verso il braccio del fiume Llano del lago LBJ dove è possibile pescare, sguazzare o galleggiare nell'acqua.
Per il tuo divertimento offriamo una Jon Boat o un kayak a un piccolo canone di locazione.

Lakeview. Beautiful home, spacious. Enjoyed walking to the water everyday to fish with my son.

We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs! The house had a great large living area that opened up to a great view of the lake/river. The house was one of many that line a waterfront loop. Neighbors were quiet and we felt like the only ones there most of the time. Sitting down by the water at sunset was magic! Also enjoyed an evening up the way at Boat Town for dinner with burgers and live music. We will be back!

The location was nice. The house was nice, but lacking in amenities. We walked into a cold, dark house. The inside of the house was basically clean, with the exception of the centerpiece on the dining table that was stuck to it as a result of improper cleaning. I’m not much for plastic, so finding that there was no glass plates, or glasses was also a disappointment. Glass coffee cups were provided, but were stuck to the liner inside the cabinet. I was hesitant to use anything without prior washing on my part. Most of the serving dishes were also plastic I found this a concern as plastic is hard to sterilize. The patio cushions were dirty and the lights were covered with spiderwebs. The appearance suggested that it had not been cleaned in a really long time. The previous B&Bs that I have stayed in offered shampoo and soap for showers; this one did not. Since this was a lake house, I did expect to at least find a hairdryer, but this was not the case. The Wi-Fi and password did not work. I was finally able to get this access by using a different network which accepted the password.
This B&B has so much potential as it does have nice access to the water. The visit with family made it possible to overlook the things that I had expected from this B&B.
